In my world, being courageous is an expectation. It requires that we lean into things that make us feel uncomfortable and naked.
I'm modeling this for you now.
I'm on a mission to deliver 100 talks in 2024, and I'm starting early.
Yesterday, I recorded a video about what I stand for. It felt scary, clunky, and unpolished, and imperfect. I know that it will improve with practice.
