How to grow on purpose

I read John Maxwell's book, "The 15 invaluable laws of growth," and in one chapter, he describes accidental growth vs. intentional growth.

Accidental growth is learning by accident, while intentional growth is learning on purpose.

Growth doesn't just happen - you have to go after it!

It's important to intentionally grow because if you don't, you may look back 5 years and wonder what happened, instead of looking back 5 years amazed about what you've created.

Here is how you need to show up to intentionally grow:

Intentional Growth

Insist on Starting Today

Take Complete Responsibility to Grow

Often Learns Before Mistakes

Relies on Hard Work

Perseveres Long and Hard

Fights for Good Habits

Follows Through

Takes Risks

Thinks Like a Learner

Relies on Character

Never Stops Growing

How intentionally are you growing today?

What could you create in your life if you took on 2 or 3 of these? How about 5 or 6?

Would you stop tolerating the things in your life that are draining your energy and step into something new?

Would you create happier relationships, engaged team members, and do more?

Start now. Step up your game.

You're worth it!

Thank you,
